SE "Centre of Court Services" implemented the possibility to entrust access to a specific case by general power of attorney (with the right of sub-power of attorney).
In addition, during the formation of the power of attorney, the following were improved:
● display of all necessary data in the text;
● “representative” was displayed in applications created under a delegated power of attorney – it was changed to “applicant”;
● verification of the presence of a power of attorney, which already exists, is now carried out immediately after its creation (previously, the verification was carried out after signing the power of attorney).
