The Committee for the Protection of Lawyers’ Rights of the Kyiv Region Bar Council is a permanent representative collegial body of the Kyiv Region Bar Council.
The committee processes appeals regarding the violation of the professional rights of lawyers, prepares and submits relevant appeals to state authorities and local self-government bodies, including law enforcement agencies, courts, legal and natural persons, public associations in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
Represents the interests of lawyers in court cases against whom a crime has been committed.
