Please note that from January 1, 2024, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Court Fees” and the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2024”, court fee rates will change.
The Law of Ukraine “On Court Fees” defines that a court fee is a fee charged throughout the territory of Ukraine for submitting applications, complaints to the court, for issuing documents by courts, as well as in the case of the adoption of individual court decisions provided for by this Law. The court fee is included in the court costs.
The court fee is paid in the appropriate amount from the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established by law on January 1 of the calendar year in which the relevant statement or complaint is submitted to the court – in percentage ratio to the price of the claim and in a fixed amount.
According to Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2024”, from January 1, 2024, the living wage for able-bodied persons will be UAH 3,028.
