Providing employees with the possibility of remote work for some employees is an incentive that increases labor productivity, for others it is a motivation to stay in their current positions, especially in the conditions of instability in Ukraine.
The Labor Law Committee of NAAU has prepared methodological materials for lawyers "Organization and implementation of remote work at employers: a lawyer's strategy", "Law and Business" reports.
The methodological recommendations were prepared by a team of authors who practice in cases related to the resolution of labor disputes.
The document ( can be downloaded here ) will allow lawyers to better learn about all forms of remote work organization in Ukraine, about the features of remote and home work organization, as well as flexible working hours.
