On January 31 and February 1, 2022, regular meetings of the VKDKA will be held

Regular meetings of the Higher Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of the Bar will be held on January 31 and February 1, 2022.

The meetings on January 31 and February 1, 2022 will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the address: Kyiv, str. Borysoglibska 3, 6th floor.
During the meeting on January 31, 2022, the commission plans to consider 35 complaints about the decisions, actions and inaction of the qualification and disciplinary commissions of the bar.
The following complaints were placed on the agenda of the VKDKA meeting:
  1. B.'s complaint against the decision of the KP KDKA of the Volyn region No. 145-1 dated 13.08.2021 on the approval of the results of the qualification exam and on the refusal to issue her a certificate of completion of the qualification exam.
  2. D.'s complaint against the decision of the KDKA of Kyiv as part of DP No. 534 dated 07/08/2021 on the refusal to initiate a disciplinary case against D.'s lawyer.
  3. Complaint by lawyer Z. against the decision of the KDKA of Kyiv as part of the disciplinary chamber No. 528 dated 07/08/2021 to bring him to disciplinary responsibility and apply disciplinary sanctions in the form of suspension of the right to practice law for a period of six months.
  4. The complaint of the representative of the complainant Z., K. against the inaction of the KDKA of Kyiv in the failure to consider his complaint No. А4 dated 04.15.2021 regarding the lawyer K.
  5. Complaint by lawyer K. against the decision of the KDKA of Kyiv, as part of the DP No. 608 dated 23.09.2020, to bring her to disciplinary responsibility and apply disciplinary sanctions in the form of suspension of the right to practice law for a period of six months.
  6. Complaint by the representative of the complainant K., lawyer V. against the decision of the KDKA of the Kyiv region as part of DP No. 97/2021 dated 05.20.2021 on the refusal to initiate a disciplinary case against the lawyer L.
  7. Complaint by lawyer K. against the decision of the State Administrative Court of the Kyiv City Chamber of Commerce No. 549 of 08/05/2021 to bring him to disciplinary responsibility and apply a disciplinary penalty in the form of suspension of the right to practice law for a period of one year.
  8. Complaint by the representative of the complainant D., lawyer M. against the decision of the SE KDKA of Kyiv region No. 129/2021 dated 16.06.2021 to close the disciplinary case against the lawyer S.
  9. Complaint by lawyer S. against the decision of the SE KDKA of Kyiv region No. 170/2021 of 19.08.2021 to bring him to disciplinary responsibility and apply disciplinary sanctions in the form of suspension of the right to practice law for a period of six months.
  10. Complaint by the Chairman of the Mykolaiv Oblast Bar Council A. against the decision of the KDKA of Mykolaiv Oblast as part of DP No. 28 of 09/17/2021 to bring the lawyer A. to disciplinary responsibility and apply disciplinary sanctions in the form of suspension of the right to practice law for a period of one year.
  11. Complaint by the Chairman of the Bar Council of the Mykolaiv Region, A., against the decision of the KDKA of the Mykolaiv Region as part of DP No. 27 of 17.09.2021 to bring the lawyer A. to disciplinary responsibility and apply a disciplinary sanction in the form of suspension of the right to practice law for a period of one year.
  12. E.'s complaint against the decision of the KDKA of the Donetsk region as part of the state-owned enterprise dated 11.02.2021 to bring lawyer D. to disciplinary responsibility and apply disciplinary sanctions in the form of suspension of the right to practice law for a period of two months.
  13. Complaint by lawyer D. against the decision of the KDKA of the Donetsk region as part of the state-owned enterprise dated 11.02.2021 to bring him to disciplinary responsibility and apply disciplinary sanctions in the form of suspension of the right to practice law for a period of two months.

  35. Complaint by M. against the decision of the KDKA of Khmelnytskyi region as part of DP No. 42 dated 10.21.2021 to close the disciplinary case against lawyer M.
During the meeting on February 1, 2022, the commission plans to consider 17 complaints about the decisions, actions and inaction of the qualification and disciplinary commissions of the bar.

  1. Complaint by Ya. against the decision of the KDKA of Khmelnytskyi region as part of DP No. 32 dated 30.09.2021 to bring the lawyer H. to disciplinary responsibility and apply a disciplinary penalty in the form of a warning against him.
  2. V.'s complaint against the protocol decision of the SE KDKA of Odesa region dated 09/28/2021 to stop the disciplinary proceedings against D.'s lawyer.
  3. Complaint of the investigating judge of the Higher Anti-Corruption Court G. against the decision of the KDKA of Chernihiv region as part of DP No. 11-14/21 dated 10.22.2021 on the refusal to initiate a disciplinary case against the lawyer D.
  4. G.'s complaint by the managing partner of Gaponenko Roman and Partners JSC against the decision of the SE KDKA of the Cherkasy region No. 157 dated November 4, 2021 on the refusal to initiate a disciplinary case against the lawyer L.
  5. S.'s complaint against the decision of the SE KDKA of the Kharkiv region dated 21.09.2021 to bring her to disciplinary responsibility and apply a disciplinary penalty in the form of suspension of the right to practice law for a period of one month.
