Klapchuk Fedir Petrovych

He was born on June 27, 1982 in Obukhiv, Kyiv region. In 1999, he entered the Faculty of Law of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University. After receiving a law degree in 2004, he entered the Kyiv National Technical University “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” at the Faculty of Economics, which he graduated in 2007 with a specialization in “Enterprise Economics”.
After graduating from the Faculty of Law in 2004, he took the position of director of the jointly founded “Chetverty Rome” LLC, which provided mainly advertising and legal services.
