From January 26, 2022, the Cassation Administrative Court, part of the Supreme Court, established a special regime of work for judges and employees of the secretariat of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Supreme Court.
Documents and cases related to the election process will be accepted not only during working hours (Monday – Thursday: from 09:00 to 18:00; Friday: from 09:00 to 16:45), but also during overtime time (Monday – Thursday: from 18:00 to 24:00; Friday: from 16:45 to 24:00), as well as on weekends, holidays and non-working days (from 09:00 to 24:00), at voting day, March 27, 2022, from 00:00 to 09:00.
This procedure was introduced in connection with the start of the election process in accordance with the resolution of the Central Election Commission dated October 29, 2021 No. 441 "On the appointment of mid-term elections of the People's Deputy of Ukraine in the single-mandate electoral district No. 206 (Chernihiv region)", in order to comply with the provisions of Part 3 Art. 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine", Art. 24 of the Election Code of Ukraine, to ensure the organization of the work of the Administrative Court of Cassation as part of the Supreme Court regarding the acceptance and consideration of claims, appeals, statements in administrative cases related to the election process, within the time limits established by the Administrative Court of Ukraine.
The special regime of work will continue in the Cassation Administrative Court until the end of the election process of the interim elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine on March 27, 2022, as well as during the election process related to the local elections scheduled for March 27, 2022.
Access of parties in cases related to the election process and court visitors to the premises of the Administrative Court of Cassation, located at the address: Kyiv, str. Moskovska, 8, building 5, will be carried out through entrance No. 1.
Documents will be accepted through entrance No. 3 of the Court of Justice of the Supreme Court in accordance with the court's work schedule established for the period of the election process.
