The Labor Law Committee of NAAU has prepared three memos on the peculiarities of the organization of labor relations during martial law for lawyers:
Memo to the lawyer on the organization of labor relations during martial law:
- suspension of the employment contract;
- change in essential working conditions;
- salary and insurance experience;
- holidays
Memo to the lawyer on the issues of booking employees by enterprises:
- which businesses have the right to reserve workers during wartime?
- which employees can be booked?
- which employees are not subject to reservation?
- the procedure for booking employees by enterprise;
- cancellation of the postponement of the draft on the basis of reservation.
Memo to the lawyer on issues of dismissal and dismissal of employees during martial law:
- dismissal from work (position);
- dismissal of workers during martial law.
