As you know, this morning the enemy (the Russian Federation) began shelling our military units, including on the territory of the Kyiv region. Airfields and military command centers are shelled.
The Ukrainian army is on the defensive, and martial law has been imposed in the country.
Therefore, in this difficult time, we must all consolidate and provide reliable support for each other and the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Today , February 24, 2022, the Bar Council of the Kyiv region held an extraordinary meeting at which it adopted a number of decisions related to emergency measures.
In this regard, we are contacting you, dear colleagues, with the following information.
