It is provided that in the conditions of martial law and within one month from the date of its termination or cancellation, the state registration of the right of ownership and other real rights to immovable property, as well as the state registration of a legal entity and public formation, the location of which is:
– Autonomous Republic of Crimea;
– the city of Sevastopol;
– Donetsk region;
– Zaporizhzhia region;
– Luhansk region;
– Mykolaiv region;
– Kharkiv region;
– Kherson region,
is carried out regardless of the location of such property / such legal entity and public formation.
State registration of legal entities – religious communities, the location of which is the city of Kyiv or the Kyiv region, is carried out by authorized entities of the state registration of the city of Kyiv and the Kyiv region.
