The Supreme Court published an overview of the current case law of the Criminal Court of Cassation as part of the Supreme Court for 2021.
In the review, the most important legal positions of the CCC of the Supreme Court for the past year are collected, which for ease of use are systematized according to the names of the sections of the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Codes of Ukraine.
