Among them are positions regarding:
- compensation for losses caused by illegal actions of the tax authority in connection with the suspension of the registration of the tax invoice;
- the possibility of combining in one lawsuit the demands for reclaiming the land plot by demolishing the real estate object;
- the possibility of charging interest for the use of credit, if the terms of the credit agreement provide for the possibility of charging interest beyond the credit period;
- transfer of ownership of movable property (vehicle) under the contract;
- the possibility of filing a lawsuit in the interests of the company of the sole member of the company or a member with decisive control;
- termination of ownership of a land plot in the event of its use not for its intended purpose;
- the moment of entry into force of the land lease agreement concluded after January 1, 2013;
- eviction from the mortgaged property, purchased not with credit funds, in case the bank, the mortgagee chooses an extrajudicial method of foreclosure on the subject of the mortgage, etc.
