In Kyiv, the courts switched to remote work until the end of the week

The Kyiv Court of Appeal and the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal have switched to remote work until the end of the week, the press services of the courts report.

"The decision to establish a remote form of court work is due to both the high threat of missile strikes on the city of Kyiv and the peculiarities of the functioning of the city's energy infrastructure. The court sessions scheduled for this week will be postponed to other dates, which the participants in the case will be informed about in addition", the notice of the Court of General Jurisdiction states.

"We would like to inform you that from October 12 to 14, 2022, in order to preserve life and health and ensure the safety of visitors, judges and employees of the court, it is recommended to refrain from hearing cases in open court sessions in the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal", – reports on the court's Facebook page .

We will remind that the Supreme Court will also work remotely until the end of the week, and judges are recommended to refrain from considering cases in open court sessions.
